Pikes Peak was an adventure! We took the Cog Railroad all the way to the top - 14,110 feet! Christiana recaps the adventure with this, " It was fun but when you got to the top it was freezing and you were dizzy and had a headache! It was also a fun adventure because you got to see animals and fun sights." It was 30 degrees cooler at the top, and very thin oxygen. Don met a family who hiked 11 hours to the top with their golden retriever Tucker.

Hey Glabs!
It's been fun to keep up with you guys on your road trip so far. I told Dave all about it and he was jealous that he didn't see any of the pictures, so I sent your page to him. =)
love you!
